A proper hello.
The display can use a USB charger. PC controls and readings need this companion running on an awake PC on the same network.
Give it a connection.
For ESP32-2432S028R / 320 × 240 only. Enter firmware loading mode before installing. Saved Wi‑Fi is retained.
After installation, boot normally to pair and send Wi‑Fi settings. Use a 2.4 GHz network.
The password is sent over USB and saved on the display. It is never included in exported settings.

Theme variation
Each theme coordinates backgrounds, panels, text, graphs, meters and controls. Each variation changes the backdrop and coordinated display colors together.
Only what you want.
Tap blank space to advance pages; tap remote controls to use them. Hold YES/NO and timer controls. Home stays available for Settings. Swipe above the camera controls to change pages.
Quick Taps
Single taps still advance immediately. Double-tap the music-note icon at the top right, or swipe up/down on blank space. These single-finger gestures work with the resistive screen. Each shortcut can open any screen, even one outside your daily rotation.

Sentry. Your watchful eye.
Choose a real or virtual Windows camera. Preview stops after 60 seconds or when you leave the Sentry page. Armed motion detection keeps watching until you disarm it or exit the app.

The device receives a 160 × 90 image over your local network. Slow preview depends on webcam availability and Wi‑Fi. No video or photos are sent to OpenAI.

Motion-triggered recording
Arm Sentry to capture movement in local video clips: a short lead-in, five seconds after movement stops, and up to 60 seconds per clip. Sentry starts disarmed each time the app opens.
Lower thresholds catch smaller movements. Recording stops at the storage limit; clips are never deleted automatically. Your PC must stay awake.
A desk that answers.
Provider keys stay protected by your Windows account. OpenAI and Anthropic API usage requires their own billing; a chat subscription is not an API key. Cursor uses its installed CLI account or an optional Cursor API key. This does not approve actions in another app.
A quick yes or no.

These replies belong to this companion. They do not grant permission in Codex or other applications. Integration with those approval systems is a separate step.
Privacy cleanup.
Select specific folders whose contents may be permanently deleted. The folders themselves stay in place. System, app and top-level personal folders are blocked.
Browser data — all local profiles
Close the selected browser before cleanup. This removes local data only; sync, backups and cloud copies are not covered. Cookies clear website sign-ins.
Permanent deletion cannot guarantee unrecoverability on SSDs or remove backups and cloud copies. Orbit does not claim forensic shredding.
Keep your PC private.
Optional device passcode
Save changes to apply. Requires the passcode-capable firmware. The display relocks after one minute without touch; repeated incorrect attempts pause entry. PC command and cleanup buttons also require the passcode when enabled.
Lock keeps your apps running behind the Windows sign-in screen. Sign out closes your session and requires confirmation on the display.
The dedicated Privacy guard screen on Orbit has cleanup, Lock PC and Sign out controls. Hold REVIEW DELETE, then confirm YES on AI desk. Cleanup and sign-out requests expire after two minutes; hold YES on AI desk to confirm, or NO to cancel.
